Anxiety has been a tough road for me lately. So many emotions mixed into one, and so many ups and downs it’s hard to figure out exactly how I feel and go about tasks I know I want to pursue. I find myself over thinking a lot. It’s not your typical over thinking if its everyday about the most minuscule of subjects. The answer to all this simply is to take my pill regularly to keep my mind on track, but then also train my own mentality to be more positive and relaxed. I’m headed for a break down, and that scares me. I can feel it sneaking up on me, but I am doing my hardest to run and hide from it once more. Wish me luck?
